The Premiere Collection (All in One)

Wedding Package Three

Wedding Package Five

• Ideal for smaller weddings with 150 guests or less

• One Photographer
• 4 hours of service
• Minimum of 300  4x6 images presented in a Premium Photo Box with a custom created 5x7 Framed Photo Collage from your wedding day!
• Internet proofing for a period of six  months
• One 11x14 Custom Print of Choice OR Two 8x10 Custom Prints

Wedding Package Six

• Ideal for smaller weddings with 75 guests or less
• One Photographer
•  3 hours of service
• Minimum of 200  4x6 images presented in a  Premium Photo Box with a Custom created 5x7 Framed Photo Collage from your wedding day!
• Internet proofing for a period of six months
• One 8x10 Custom Print of Choice

Second Set of Wedding Proofs

• An additional set of your wedding proofs may be added to any package. This is a great idea for parents, etc…

Travel Fee/Hotel

• I will be happy to travel to your wedding. A travel fee plus hotel room if needed will be added. I can book a hotel room or one can be provided by client. Travel fee is dependent on area, example Winston Salem $150, Columbia SC $150, Raleigh-Durham & Chapel Hill $350, Charleston SC $400, Atlanta $500, etc. I will be happy to quote on any other travel distance

Portrait Packages

 Bridal Portrait One   

• Tommy McCart photographer
• One session scheduled for morning or afternoon
• To be done in the studio OR on location
• Your package includes a Professional makeup artist
• Minimum of 100  4x6 images presented in a Premium Photo Box
• One Custom Print up to 16x20 size and a series of Three 8x10 Custom Prints
• If you are employing our studio for wedding photography deduct $100

Bridal Portrait Two

• Tommy McCart photographer
• Up to 2 hours of service
• To be done in the studio OR on location
• Minimum of 50  4x6 images
• One Custom Print up to 11x14  OR  a series of Three Custom  8x10 Prints
• Your package can include a Professional makeup artist for an additional $275

Family, Kids Portrait

• Tommy McCart photographer
• 1 hour of service
• Minimum of 50  4x6 images
• One 8x10 Custom Print

Children, Headshot

• 1 contact sheet
• No Custom Prints included

Additional Photography Services

Engagement Session

Rehearsal

• 2 hours of service
• Minimum 175- 4x6 images

Purchase a DVD

• You may, after one year purchase a DVD of your wedding;  $850 per wedding and $450 per portrait. Tommy McCart Photography retains copyright of said images.

Digital Lo- Resolution Proof DVD $175

• A DVD with all of your wedding images may be purchased for you to view at your leisure. The images are copyrighted by Tommy McCart Photography and cannot be printed from this DVD.

Payment Policy

• Fifty – Percent (50%) is required to confirm a date and the final fifty-percent (50%) is due by the date of the wedding and/or portrait session. Any additional expenses such as film overage, time overage, albums, extra prints, etc. are to be paid upon receipt of the invoice or final statement. Please be aware that the studio cannot deliver orders/jobs without full payment of balance. Payment Plans are available and can be agreed upon and signed prior to your event.

Albums A La Carte

• You are always welcome to add a custom album to any package or at a later date. We offer a wide variety of styles including many different cover designs, colors, materials, etc. Please let us review these with you to create an album that is totally your style……

The Art Leather Collection

• This 12.5 x 12.5 custom leather album has 30 pages and includes a wide variety of matting options with 45 custom images of varying sizes and available with a 5x5 Cover Image Design.

The Nouveau Album Collection

• This contemporary 12 x 12 custom leather album has 30 pages and includes a wide variety of contemporary matting options with 45 custom images of varying sizes. This album is available in several creative sizes of which we can custom quote for you.

The Capri Album Collection

• This soft custom leather 12 x 12 album has 30 pages and includes 45 custom images of varying sizes. These are beautiful albums which include a wide variety of Cover Image Designs (3x5 up to 5x7)

The Capri Flush Mounted Album Collection

• These albums are a beautiful alternative to matted albums. Each page is one image flush mounted in a bound book format. They are available in sizes from 3x3 up to 11x14. The sample we show is an 8x10 size album with 28 pages. We are happy to custom quote you for different sizes!

The Digital Storybook Album Collection

• These are wonderfully creative albums that include custom designed collage storybook flush mounted pages in a book bound format. They are available in a wide variety of cover designs and sizes. The sample we show is an 11x14 size album that includes 70 custom images of varying sizes with 18 pages. A must see! We are happy to custom quote you for different sizes!

The Parent Album Collection

• This lovely custom leather album includes 36 pages with one 4x6 image per page.  This album is available with a 3x3 Cover Image Design and is the perfect gift for Mom and Dad.

Art Leather Cache Album

• These storybook collage albums are a fun and creative custom leather album. They can be done totally to your specifications and include up to 28 pages with 65 custom images in a collage type format. This album includes a special image cut-out cover design along with custom imprinting of your choice.

The Capri Mini Flush Mounted Fun Books

• These are fun little 4x6 albums that are perfect to carry in your purse, etc. They showcase your favorite 4x6 images from your special event. They include up to twelve 4x6 images in a fun bound mini album!

I-Mount Albums

• These are great economy albums that I totally create and customize here at the studio! They are available in varying sizes up to 11x14! They include up to 20 images and can be created however you like and are available in several different leather colors!
