Travel Fee/Hotel
I will be happy to travel to your wedding. A travel fee plus hotel room if needed will be added. I can book a hotel room or one can be provided by client. Travel fee is dependent on area, example Winston Salem $250, Columbia SC $300, Raleigh-Durham & Chapel Hill $400, Charleston SC $400, Atlanta $500, etc. I will be happy to quote on any other travel distance

Payment Policy
Flat Deposit of $500 for Wedding and $150 for Portrait Sessions OR 50% of your Package is required to confirm a date and the Final Amount (Balance Due) is required One Week Prior to your Wedding and/or Portrait session. Any additional expenses such as time overage, albums, extra prints, etc. are to be paid upon receipt of the invoice or final statement. Please be aware that the studio cannot deliver orders/jobs without full payment of balance. Payment Plans are available and can be agreed upon and signed prior to your event.

**The Storybook Album Collection
These are wonderfully creative albums that include custom designed collage storybook flush mounted pages in a book bound format. They are available in a wide variety of cover designs and sizes. The sample we show is an 11x14 size album that includes 70 custom images of varying sizes. A must see! We are happy to custom quote you for different sizes!

These are great albums that I totally create and customize here at the studio! They are available in a variety of sizes up to 11x14! They include up to 25 images. (Except Mini Book)

Our Wedding Packages are truly unique ,in that they all include your finished 4x6 images in a Decorative Custom Created Image Box.A Custom DVD of your Wedding Images is now included with all packages!
